Janice has been in the business for over twenty years. She started at the age of 18, decorating first only for enjoyment. She is a certified decorator from the well know Graham School of Cake Decorating, specializing in the commercial and Lambeth methods. Janice has worked in several bakeries over the past 20 years honing her baking and decorating skills.
